Inspired by The Beauty of Colors

I’m a CT based multimedia jewelry artist inspired by the beauty of shapes and colors in the natural world around me. I began wrapping stones and stringing beads, designing and creating jewelry for local craft fairs and co-ops. I quickly fell in love with creating with natural materials, and their organic look. In 2018 I was introduced to leading metal clay artist, the late Li-sel Crowley. Lis-el was so welcoming and loving, and made me feel like my love for art and creativity was valued. Inspired by the knowledge and community she was cultivating, I joined her CT Metal Clay Guild.

Growing up in NYC, I was exposed to visual art: beautiful museums and restaurants. After high school, I married and raised a family of 7, living throughout the U.S. I dabbled in photography, painting, pottery and writing.

I’m now a member of Alliance for Metal Clay Artists Worldwide and studying with teacher/multimedia artist Robert Dancik. I love to design and create wearable pieces of art using semi-precious stones, metals, leather, hemp, cloth, and metal clay. I take direct inspiration from my environment: the shapes and the colors around me.
